Holding person and system

My work draws on three threads, psychotherapy, organisational psychology and education, and I bring all three into supervision. That means the clinical material you bring and the system it sits inside can be held in the same conversation.

How I work

Connection and reflection

Supervision is something we create together. The relationship between us matters as much as the material you bring, offering space to think, reflect and make sense of complexity.

Compassion and courage

I balance warmth with challenge, supporting you to explore uncertainty, relational patterns and the emotional impact of the work with openness, honesty and curiosity.

Theory and professional identity

Grounded in Transactional Analysis and enriched by attachment, relational, humanistic and Gestalt perspectives, supervision becomes a place to deepen clinical thinking, strengthen professional identity and grow into the practitioner you aspire to be.

Ethics and belonging

I encourage reflection on ethics, power, identity and culture, creating an inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirmative space rooted in integrity, accountability and care.

The six Cs

The six Cs are not a checklist but a framework that supports the rhythm of supervision. We move between them as the work evolves, returning to different points as new questions, challenges and insights emerge. Select a point to see what it means in practice.
